2. Request of attorney fees estimation, the summary statement of the requester attached with documents supporting the request
3. Two copies of every document and a copy of the lawyers' civil id

Fixed fee: 5 KWD stamp, if the amount is determined then a 2.5% charge is set from the claimed amount
