Definition:  a system that concentrates on a way and a method of work execution, and determines its administration and its accomplishment, and does not refer to the technical side of work.

The system aims for the application of a unified way or method agreed upon world wide for work accomplishment, and it determines the models used for this purpose.

General frame work of the system:

The system includes a group of procedures represent all activities in the concerned party ,and its prepared after a study on recent work application methods .it is created as a standard form which fulfill the requirement  of granting the certificate .

All workers are obligated to apply this system in their work field, The Administration is committed to the follow-up the application and improve and develop it continuously, with the possibility of any amendment or addition in accordance with certain rules.

 Granting of the certificate:

The certificate applicant will be oriented by a specialized consulting firm, where it will conduct the necessary studies and identify areas for action and the formulation of implementing procedures, in conjunction with a working group from within the applicant party.

The certificate is granted by a licensed international side after it reviews the system and make sure that it covers the requirements of the grants.

Certificate is valid for a period of three years during which to be reviewed every year by the donor to ensure the continued application of the rules and the commitment of the workers.

The advantages of the application of the system and obtaining the certificate:

1-    a unified consistent system helps in:

a-    The ease of work execution or its transfer.

b-    The existence of a method of monitoring and control.

c-    Ease of training new personnel.

2-    Modifying the image if the party granted the certificate in front of exterior sides and gaining the trust because of basic procedures and methods.

        3-liffting the morale of the personnel and increase their competitiveness.
