Tender No (MOJ/1-
2010/2011) Print and Supply Three Issues of Code of
Rules Adopted by Court of Cassation
The Ministry of Justice
"MOJ" announces to companies and firms specialized in
this field its need to print and supply "three issues of
code of rules adopted by the Court of Cassation" in
accordance with the terms and technical specifications
set forth in
tender documents
that can be collected from Bidding Division, Department
of Financial Affairs, MOJ- Ministries Complex, Block
(14) 3rd Floor-, during official working
hours as of Sunday 7/3/2010 against paying subscription
fee amounting to (KD 10/-) only Ten Dinar
(non-refundable).
Bids must be submitted to Bids Division at MOJ
accompanied by a bid security standing at (2%) of the
total value of the bid, provided that this bid security
will be valid for (90) days, the validity period of the
bid. Bidding deadline will be on Monday, 22/3/2010 at
one o'clock noon.
