The Kuwait-Egypt legal and judicial joint committee

The relations between the State of Kuwait and the Arabian Republic of Egypt refers to a long history of genuine brotherhood and fruitful cooperation, and growing relations , and so on all levels and in various areas and fields, where this relationship between the two countries, became a role mode for the rest of the Arab countries.
The two countries have always Keen -on supporting and promoting these relations, and its development, so as to achieve the needs of their peoples, including legal and judicial cooperation.
Thus, it is the desire of officials in both countries to increase cooperation in this vital important area ,which is cooperation hoped to be successful and progressive so as to achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples hopes of progress and lifting, the decision to establish the Joint Commission, has been taken, and by highest levels, which participates in its membership officials from the Ministries of Justice in both countries, so as to activate the agreement of legal and judicial cooperation in civil, commercial, criminal and personal matters , concluded between the two countries in 1977
