Court of cassation

The Court of Cassation considers received commercial, labor, civil and personal status and felonies cases, and judgments are done by its five advisers in 1972, based on Law No. 40 cassation cases and procedures were organized and then make cassation a separate chamber from the Court of Appeal.
 
In this area we refer to the Constitutional Court, which was established under Law No. 14 of 1973, consisting of five advisers specialized in interpretation of constitutional provisions and to adjudicate in disputes concerning the constitutionality of laws, decrees, and regulations and In Appeals for the elections of national assembly members or the validity of their membership and the rule of this court is binding on all the other courts.
 
The state security court established by law No. 26 of 1969 and consists of three magistrates and competence in the state security crimes under the Penal Code and any other crimes referred to it according to the decision of the Council of Ministers, and that’s in other crimes stipulated in Law No. 3 of the year 1961 regarding Press and Publication.
 
In 5 / 10 / 1991 Ministerial Decree No. 68 / 1991 was promulgated for the establishment of the Court of cassation clerks department.
