The idea of establishing the Kuwait Institute for Legal and Judicial Studies was a dream   desired judicial officials for a long time, the dream has become reality by the promulgation of Amiri decree No. 37 / 94 for the establishment of the Kuwait Institute for Legal and Judicial Studies to be a great monument in the judicial and legal system, and a mainstay of the judicial and legal knowledge in the State of Kuwait.
