Head of Real Estate Registration & Authentication Department Dr. Bader Al-Zamanan has stated that Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has opened yesterday a new office for real estate registration at Al-Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer courts complex. He has pointed out that opening the office has come as a rendering of the State’s policy and MOJ’s trends and strategy to make justice services available and make them easy to nationals in order to save their time and to contribute to put an end to suffering of going to the central department at Ministries Complex along with reducing stress thereon. He has explained that the new office is assigned to provide various services including real estate certificates for all Kuwaiti nationals and for State’s departments and to any automated information entities dealing with real estate matters. He added that the ministry has prepared necessary preparations and human resources qualified to work at the office who could render properly services to the customers. After its opening yesterday Monday, the office has promptly begun work at the ground floor at the courts complex.
