The Ministry of Justice “MOJ” has declared that the Lawful Sighting Panel will meet at half past seven tomorrow Thursday 19July evening on 29 Sha’ban A.H. at Kuwait Institute for Legal and Judicial Studies to sight the crescent moon of the holy fasting month of Ramadan. The Lawful Sighting Panel will be headed by Chief of Appellate Court justice Rashid Al-Sharrah and Deputy-Chiefs of Cassation Court justices Youssef Al-Mottaw’ and Isaac Al-Kandry.
On this solemn occasion, the Ministry of Justice urges all those who can see the crescent moon at this evening to register their sighting at the Lawful Panel. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice extends its deep congratulations to His Highness, the Amir, HH the Crown Prince and HH the Prime Minister praying Allah, highly exalted & glorified be He, to grant them everlasting health. It also offers its heartiest congratulations to all citizens and expatriates and to the pan-Islamic and Arab nations on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
