Department of Authentication at the Ministry of Justice has begun the application of the modern communications systems to communicate with customers of the department via Short Messages System (SMS) to inform them to complete any incomplete transactions and fulfill papers necessary to transaction so that it could be ready for signature and expediently accomplished. The same system has been applied to the Controllership of Corporate Contracts Authentication and to the Section of Foreign Movements as the section informs customer about the requirements of any transaction whether witnesses for certain cases or for cases of stateless persons or for assigning an assistant to accomplish the transaction as the principal may be bodily disabled pursuant to the law of authentication; this system is used to affirm the appointment of movement and to prevent any loss of transaction fees or to cancel the transaction due to the principal’s absence from the appointment set by the section as the notary moves to the same address registered by the customer.
Department of Authentication has urged customers to inform the department (Section of Foreign Movements) about any change in the appointment for any reason via the number appeared with the SMS or through a representative from the customer to inform about this change before the notary moves to the principal. The department has also explained that the same system has been applied to the Controllership of Archives as the ministry seeks to achieve the same aim which is facilitating and simplifying all procedures used on level of all justice sectors and making same easy for customers.
