MOJ calls inheritors and creditors to collect their estates

      The Ministry of Justice "MOJ" has invited Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti inheritors or creditors of the deceased - whose names are published in Al-Anbaa, Kuwaiti Arabic daily- to refer to the General Department of Execution at Justice Palace, ground floor, Estate Section, room No. (149), in order to receive funds kept with the Department owned to those deceased or to their creditors.
The ministry called upon the inheritors and creditors to go quickly to receive their accruals or otherwise the Department will have to take legal actions with regard to such accruals. The Department will receive the customers daily during official working hours as of eight and forty five o'clock morning till one o'clock noon along with the required supporting documents.
