Response on human rights reports committee
In recent time , and
after the entry of human rights issues, to the circle of
international law, recently these issues became the
international legal norms , which may not be disposed
of, or agreed to disobey, and the international
community pays much attention to be ensured and
respected at the global level, many nations, especially
the United States, issues periodic reports on these
rights, and state its development in the countries of
the world, as well as the extent of the violation and
stumble in some of them, in the opinion of the State
issuing the report which might contain facts or fallacy
lacked required impartiality.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United States of
America, issued its annual report of 2004, which
included reference to human rights practices in the
State of Kuwait, commended the report on these practices
in several respects, and criticized to other faces, as
contained therein. The committee was briefed on the
report, and stood on the contents of the positives, as
well as the report on what percentage of deficiencies in
some of the practices of human rights in Kuwait. In
response to the report, the Commission followed an
organized method , that works on responding to the
points made by the report , and by the arrangement
contained in the report, in an objective and honest and
fair way, looking forward to what might be contained
aspects of the report flawed real shortcomings, and seek
to resolves them and alert the authorized officials to
avoid it and remove its effects , and to respond to un
proved claims , all without exposure to what proportion
of the report on the State of Kuwait, of positives , in
the field of human rights, without ostentatiously, or
the need to Trilling.
